Porcelain Tiles
Porcelain tiles are either made of porcelain or tough ceramic materials. They are suitable for use as floor tiles or wall coverings. These tiles have a low water absorption rate, generally less than 0.5 percent. Porcelain tiles are denser and less porous than regular ceramic tiles. They are highly resistant to stains, scratches, and water damage. Some porcelain tiles mimic the elegance of marble while offering the durability and low maintenance benefits of porcelain. Many porcelain tiles have rectified edges, allowing for thinner grout lines and a seamless look.
